POSTAGE CHARGES
We offer FREE standard shipping within the United States & Australia for orders over $80 USD / $80 AUD
For orders under $80 USD / $80AUD / standard shipping is capped at $10.
Standard shipping is handled via Australia Post (Domestic & International).
- Please allow 6-14 days for international delivery.
- Allow 3 - 10 days for Domestic Australia delivery
- Rural areas may experience longer transit times.
Luméra Cosmetica is not responsible for any customs fees, delays in processing due to customs, or incorrect shipping details provided at checkout.
Please allow up to 48 hours for order processing before receiving your tracking number or shipment confirmation.
All shipping costs are listed in AUD.

PRE-ORDER POLICY
Due to high demand, certain products may be available on a pre-order basis.
- Payment is required upfront, including shipping fees.
- Estimated shipping dates are listed in the product description.
- Pre-order items typically ship within a month of the expected release date.
- Customers will be notified of any delays due to customs or freight issues.

Important:
During peak periods, inventory may fluctuate. If you purchase an item that is out of stock, our team will contact you within 24 hours to provide an estimated shipping timeline.
SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES
All in-stock items purchased from LuméraCosmetica.com (excluding pre-orders) will be dispatched within 48 hours.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping time estimates can be checked on Australia Post’s website (auspost.com.au).
- Note: Luméra Cosmetica is not responsible for delays once your order has been handed over to Australia Post or DHL.
- During high-demand periods or special releases, dispatch time may be extended. In such cases, you will be notified within 24 hours of your order.
SHIPPING CONDITIONS
Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse and received by Australia Post or DHL, Luméra Cosmetica is no longer responsible for the package.
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all shipping details are correct.
- We take great care in securely packaging all orders using durable materials. However, Luméra Cosmetica is not liable for any damage caused during transit by third-party carriers such as Australia Post or DHL.
DELIVERY ADDRESS CHANGES
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify the delivery address or redirect parcels.
