30-Day Return Policy
At Luméra Cosmetica, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or tampered with. -
The return request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on the following items once they have been opened or used:

Lipsticks, glosses, liners, and other lip products

Cosmetics or applicators that come into direct contact with skin or lips
Exceptions apply only in cases of:

Items damaged in transit (photo evidence required)

Incorrect items received

Verified allergic reactions (see below)
Change of Mind
If you change your mind, you may return unopened, unused items within 30 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A small restocking fee may apply.

Each case will be reviewed individually and with care.
Sale Items Policy
Items purchased on sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Final sale items include products that have been marked down or discounted at checkout.
This policy excludes:

Faulty or damaged items, which remain eligible for return or replacement in line with consumer law.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please contact us at hello@lumeracosmetica.com with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the next steps.
Once your return is received and approved, your refund (less any applicable fees or shipping costs) will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
