At Luméra Cosmetica, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee lets you return any product, opened or unopened, within 30 days of delivery for a full product refund. (Please note: refund does not include original or return postage costs.)

🔄 Change of Mind
Changed your mind? No worries! Opened or unopened items can be returned within 30 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and a small restocking fee may apply.

Once your return is received and approved, your refund (less postage or any applicable fees) will be processed within 5–7 business days.
7-Day Return Policy:
We gladly accept returns within 7 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include the original order confirmation or packing slip when returning an item.
How to Initiate a Return:
Contact Us: Before returning any items, please contact our return team at hello@lumeracosmetica.com to initiate the return process.
Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product.
Package the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories you have provided.
Include RA Number: Clearly write the provided RA number on the outside of the package.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the costs of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 2 business days.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@lumeracosmetica.com with details and photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the problem promptly.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
